Physical Access to Our Salon

Salontrose is located on the second floor of an existing building and is accessible only by stairs. Due to the building’s layout and applicable fire and building code requirements, an elevator or chair lift is not available.

We understand that this may prevent some guests from physically accessing our salon. Guests with mobility concerns are encouraged to contact us before booking so we can discuss the salon layout, service needs, and any reasonable assistance that may be available.

For safety reasons, salon team members are not able to carry guests or personally operate mobility devices up or down the stairs.
