Cancellation + No Show Policy


We understand that Life can be a little unpredictable, and we will always work with our clients when there are emergencies or illnesses. Please let us know asap if you cannot make your appt by text/email/phone.

Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 Hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows the salon enough time to fill the appointment slot with another client.

 

Senior Stylist Cancellation Policy

Less than 48 hours notice requires a 50% fee of the service for which you were scheduled.
If you cancel same day or no show, you will be charged 95% of the services scheduled.
These fees must be paid Before a new appt can be scheduled.

 
 

Intermediate Stylists Cancellation Policy

Less than 24 hours notice requires a 50% fee of the service for which you were scheduled.
If you cancel same day or no show, you will be charged 95% of the services scheduled.
These fees must be paid Before a new appt can be scheduled.

 

FAQS

  • more than two consecutive no shows or less than 24 hours notice will result in a deposit needed to book future appointments.

  • deposit required for appts over 5 hours.

  • our appointments are booked time specific. if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment to a later date.

  • please call and inform us if you need to amend the services you’re booked for. Downgrading services last minute effects the stylists scHedules, and the full service cost will still be due.

  • A credit card is Required to book any appointment.

MONDAYS ARE BY APPT ONLY.

while we do not offer refunds, we will always offer to adjust your color or cut for no cost within two weeks of your original appointment date. please contact the front desk to discuss any issues that may arise.
