Cancellation and No Show Policy
Your hair is very important to us. We understand life can get in the way and you may need to cancel your appointment. We ask that you give us a 24 hour notice when canceling. If you must cancel within 24 hours of your appointment there will be a 50% charge of the service for which you were scheduled. If you fail to show the day of, you will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. This policy is strictly enforced. Please be considerate when booking appointments as our stylists are paid on a commission basis. We appreciate your business and understanding
